Bug Description

Under Ubuntu 13.04 Beta2 with zh_CH UTF8 locale,I found that default Chinese font is WenQuanYi Zen Hei,So it looks quite ugly than WenQuanYi micro Hei which used in Ubuntu 12.10 by default.

It happened from 13.04 alpha stage, maybe for some reason developers change fontconf and cause this problem?

Even through I can set default Chinese font by myself, but it's not a good solution.
