Bug Description

New UEFI systems shipping for Windows 8 will have secureboot enabled and won't boot in BIOS compatibility anymore.
The images currently generating using ubuntu-defaults-builder don't contain grub2-efi and the required signed/unsigned kernels and so won't boot at all on a recent system.

ubuntu-defaults-builder should be updated to generate something closer to our official images which contain both isolinux and grub2 and both unsigned and signed kernels.
