landscape failing to deploy packages to this device, detached it from LS wont detach and wont re-added

Hello IMTIAZ, thanks for reporting this bug.

It seems that our lock file was corrupted somehow. As a temporary workaround, could you please remove `/var/lib/ubuntu-advantage/lock` and run it again? If this fails, please let us know

We will also work a fix to better handle those scenarios in the future
