Bug Description
I held snapd because I do not use snapd and do not like it existing. However, Ubuntu Pro attempts to install/update snapd, which breaks since I held it.

Hello, Aoyan, thanks for reporting.
This is a known bug and we are on it. I am marking it as a duplicate of the known bug.
The Client tries to install snapd when enabling Livepatch (which requires it). Livepatch is auto-enabled on attach for most of the accounts.
While we work on the fix, you can:
- enable with `pro attach <your_token> --no-auto-enable`
- enable other services, such as ESM, but do not enable Livepatch.
