Unfortunately, I can't seem to reproduce this in a fresh Xenial container. I can even "import uaclient" and it all seems OK. I wonder if it's due to a local issue or something since you mentioned "My PC doesn't work regularly, It crashes very frequently, by stopping the possibility tu use the PC cause of a block of the desktop."?

Can you reproduce this in a container or a VM as well? Let me know if you do and please also post the steps to reproduce. Thanks!

Chances are (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-advantage-tools/+bug/1930121/comments/3) that this is due to a non-default python on the system.

If you could check and report your python setup that could help.
If you have a non standard python please make this a duplicate to bug 1930121 and then chime-in/discuss there for a hopefully common solution.

I had the same problem.
The issue was an outdated locally installed version of python3.
# which python3
/usr/local/bin/python3

Removed and solved!

Aha, there we go. Indeed a locally installed version instead of something installed via apt.
