Livepatch should not be allowed in a container (lxd)

Bug Description

Since livepatch installs kernel modules, it makes no sense in a container (lxd). ubuntu-advantage-tools should detect when it's running in a container and report livepatch as being unavailable.

Keep in mind the range of ubuntu releases where livepatch is supported when coding the container detection: it needs to work in trusty, xenial and bionic.
