Bug Description

TEST CASE:
1) Start guest session from livecd
2) Go to any flash site (e.g. youtube)
3) Click on 'Install Missing plugins'
4) Select 'Gnash Flash Player', click Next
Result: no plugins were installed, Gnash SWF Player - Failed
Expected Result: Gnash player is installed

Well, the problem is that universe is enabled on the CD but it doesn't ship a Packages list (so it won't work until you do an apt-get update). Not sure what to do there. In any case, this is only an issue on the live CD for packages in universe
