ubiquity: unable to select city/timezone with keyboard

Bug Description

When installing precise an choosing 'only free software' it is not possible to select a citiy/timezone by typing the name of the city. Clicking the city/timezone on the map does work.

I do not know if this problem is restricted to 'only free software' installs.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
