Solve: Install qt4-qtconfig and set there appropriate font (ex. Ubuntu font) for your qt applications.

There is any chance to resolve this issue before release?

Based on your screenshot, it looks like the Ubuntu font (nor the DejaVu font) are not used for the Cyrillic script, and a very thin font is used instead. This is also inconsistent.

See also https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qt4-x11/+bug/945461 (should be marked as duplicate?). It's not just a bug in Kubuntu installer, it's a very nasty bug affecting all the Qt apps in Ubuntu 12.04.

To echo Prokhor, this isn't the Ubuntu Font Family, but it appears to be another font, that is in addition being rendering with very bad vertical hinting results. (Hinting tried to ensure that all characters have the same x-heigh and Cap-height, regardless, something that isn't the case here).
