Bug Description
As the live CD starts there are some drums that play before the installer starts. This is the cue that you can press ctrl+s to start the orca screenreader. The drums sound a bit too early, the system isn't ready to accept the ctrl+s keystroke yet and nothing happens. If you wait 5 seconds or so after the drums and press ctrl+s then orca will run and start speaking. There shouldn't be that gap, the drums should not sound until it is ready for the user.
