OS installation on a USBstick crashed at the middle

Bug Description
I was using a middle 2010 MacBookPro running Ubuntu 11.10 from a CD, I tried to install it to a USB stick, but it got stock at the "configuring system" part, I finished it, and it said "Installation completed" but i tried to reinstall, then when it was installing for the second time the app crashed.
