crashes after ubuntu 11.10 installation from ISO live image

Bug Description
Gives an error that installer was unable to unmount a device (/dev/sda6) and then it continues the installation process.
But at the end when the installation is finished (or shown as finished) I clicked the continue testing button, then it says it is crashed. Hopefully the package is ubiquity.
