Bug Description

While 11.10 32bit desktop release appears to install ntfs-3g by default on a clean install, others with the 64bit release and systems that have been updated from 11.04 are reporting that it is _not_ installed. This is resulting in systems that could previously automount and use ntfs partitions being unable to do so until the module is installed and fstab is updated.
