Ubiquity, pressing Back button from Step 7 displays "Prepare mount points" dialog box

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
After reaching Step 7 of 8 ("Who are you?), if you then click the Back button you are shown a "Prepare Mount points" step.
This step has no entry fields or buttons other than Forward and Back.
Additionally, this step was not presented previously in the installation (at least not for the manual "Prepare partitions" step I followed.).
