include format checkbox in create/edit dialogs

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
In the new partitioner if you setup the partitions manually you need to format afterwards why not have a tick box to format in the rename dialogue so this can be done in one session.
partition mount point
ie. rename sda1 -> /
once this is done you exit that screen then have to select format from the next screen.
so why not rename sda1 -> / ()
