installer crash Ubuntu 11.04 64-bit under Virtual Box

Bug Description

I was installing under Virtual Box 4.1.2 using a Windows 7 host.

The virtual drive was 10 GB.

The installation ran without a problem and then reported "Installer crashed."

I don't know how to extrace the /var/log files from the virtual machine as it is not operable.

On a re-install, I had exactly the same problem. -Roy

I re-installed and this time set the size of the virtual disk to 8 GB and the install worked.
