Bug Description
When an error occurs during the installation and Ubiquity crashes, a popup telling the user to run `ubuntu-bug` is displayed. The title of that popup, and the first line of the text are translated. However, the bulk of the message is still in English (see screenshot). It could be that it's not translated into French, but the translation template for Ubiquity are 100% translated. I'm thus assuming that that error message is not translatable.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Making the message not translatable was a deliberate decision due to the fact that bug reports should be in English only as that is the primary language used in Ubuntu development and subsequently in bug reports.
