TEST CASE:
1. Use a system connected to the network but which doesn't have access to Internet
2. Proceed to step 'Where are you'
3. In the time zone field, enter 'New'
Result:
the UI freezes and ubiquity must be killed.

I can confirm this happened with A3 as well. I have been able to reproduce with QEMU in both ISOs.
