Installer (11.04) fails to detect other os (sabayon)

Bug Description

Re-installing my laptop which currently runs sabayon. But the ubuntu Installer says "no detected operating systems". Not serious but a I little disconcerting

I can confirm this bug is reproducible with Fedora 15 as well; I am going to try Sabayon once it has finished downloading and Debian Squeeze in the meantime (all 32-bit and GNOME editions).

I can replicate the issue with Sabayon, but Debian is detected fine.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
