Bug Description
When installing Oneiric on a virtualbox, whit or whitout network conecction, it says;
That name already exist on the network.
This is not true, and if you jump to the next box it just disregards the message.
It would be really confusing for users if they find this when installing.

Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation. Since this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work, I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here.
I can confirm this issue using both Ubuntu and Xubuntu Desktop images. I use all static IP addresses, and every installation using the Oneiric Ocelot Desktop images, I see this warning. I did not realize it was happening regardless of network connection.
Thanks for taking the time to make Ubuntu better!
