installing crashed

till installing ubuntu 11.04 Desktop using USB, I got a massage that shows (Installing crashed)
>> and tell me to go: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+filebug
and attach: /var/log/syslog and /var/log/partman:
since I'm new with ubuntu, I couldn't understand the problem >> so I need help plz !!!

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. If you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect 812273

and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
