Binary package hint: ubiquity

Ubuntu 6.10, x86, official live DVD

I tried to install Ubuntu 6.10 i386 from official DVD to my disk. I had Ubuntu 6.06 installed on my PC before and some other Linux distributions so I selected custom disk partitioning. I didn't created any new partitions, I only tried to reuse current disk layout. I failed to install it from official Ubuntu DVD, it didn't allowed me to start disk formating as installer claimed "I have to choose root partition". I tried to force installer to use hda7 as a root partition but it didn't accept it. I think it is a bug. I have a screenshot of the situation, it is here, I was unable to press Forward button:

I don't know what was show stopper, I installed Ubuntu from "alternate" CD finally.
