Tried Installing Ubuntu 11.04 on Virtual Box (Win 7 64 Bit) and it crashed 5 times. Totally Frustrated ! Please help.

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
I Am running Win 7 64 bit edition and tried installing Ubuntu 11.04 on VirtualBox. The installation was in progress and then suddenly I got a message that the installer has crashed. This has happened 3-4 times. What went wrong?
