Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
Some users are using Ubuntu/Kubuntu on multiboot systems along with some flavour of Windows. One problem with Windows is that when it is reinstalled, it hijacks the boot process. This forces any linux user to reinstall GRUB just to be able to use any OS besides Microsoft's.
As this is a major problem which linux users are forced to endure, they tend to rely on Ubuntu's installation media to try to fix this problem. The thing is, Ubuntu's installation media lacks a "reinstall GRUB" option, which then forces ubuntu users to either jump through hoops to retake their computer or, worse yet, force a reinstallation from scratch.
It would be nice if Ubuntu/Kubuntu's ISOs all offered a "reinstall GRUB" option.

One solution to this bug would be to pre-install Boot-Repair in the ISOs: see Bug #806291
