Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

After reboot from doing an auto install, the pre-existing install (on /sda1) was listed twice in the boot menu. It was still listed twice after running update-grub.

I installed over the installation where this happened for further ISO testing.
I'll have to see if I can recreate it.

I did what I think are the same install steps again and didn't have the same problem. Not sure what to do from here.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
