Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
The biggest_free option, presented as the "side-by-side" option in ubiquity when the resize option is unavailable, is shown regardless of whether the amount of free space available is enough to hold Ubuntu. In the attached logs, only 128 MB of free space was present, yet the option was shown and partitioning failed.

Also, returning to partitioning brings me to the advanced page without any disks in the treeview to work with.
