Unable to identify package name, the only thing I can think of here is it is a flashdrive loaded with Ubuntu 10.10.
What I expected to happen was for it to shutdown or restart with the currently installed OS.
Instead system crashed when I restarted it came back up I chose try Ubuntu and after starting said I should report the bug.
