Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

ISO kubuntu desktop amd64 2011.01.31

At the 'Keyboard layout' step when you change the layout either by selecting an entry with the mouse or with the arrow keys, the UI /blinks/ and the layout is reset to the default layout USA.
If you change the layout by entering the first characters of the name of the layout, it works sometimes, but I have not found a reproducible pattern.

TEST CASE:
1. Run the Kubuntu Installer
2. At the 'Keyboard Layout', click on the combo 'Layout' and select another layout than USA

Result:
The layout is automatically set back to 'USA'
