Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Tried to install today's Natty snapshot (natty-desktop-amd64.iso) under both KVM and VirtualBox. My Host machine is a 64bit 10.10 installation of Ubuntu Desktop.

When I attempt to boot the snapshot ISO image in VirtualBox, I get a black screen after the initial purple and it holds like that indefinitely.

With KVM, I can run the installer up until I enter the user information and press Forward. After that I receive an error about a non recoverable situation and am dumped into a Live CD session. Once teh CD sessions starts I get numerous errors related to applets crashing.
