kubuntu installer crashed on powerbook g4 PPC

Bug Description

Powerbook G4, PPC.

Using 5GB partition for ubuntu, 55gb for OSX.

Attempting to install a dual boot using yaboot, however it gave an error which roughly said, "NewWorld boot partition not detected"

Pardon for the long post, there was no attachment box on the initial report screen :-/

One thing I forgot to mention, hda3 and hda5 were partitioned using OSX's installer (Disk Utility), I selected "Unix filesystem" instead of HFS+ hoping that it meant ext2 or ext3 by "Unix filesystem". Wishful thinking, I suppose. But regardless, an odd partition type shouldn't cause the installer to crash.

This is repeatable from my end, if you'd like to log and and see it for yourself let me know.
