Add disable slideshow preseed option

It would be good to have an option to disable/hide slideshow via preseed.

What is the motivation for this? If you do not ship the ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu package, it will not show a slideshow. So it really doesn't seem like it needs to be a runtime option.

To remove ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu from a LiveCD one needs to 1) extract the squashfs 2) chroot 3) apt-get remove ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu.

Applying that minimalistic (and painless) patch would make users able to drop the slideshow just by appending a line to the preseed file.
