Ubiquity install fails

Ubiquity partition step fail with "No root partition" (this maybe not the exact message, because translated from french),
This is a know bug, which appears on the edgy RC.

The 0.0.1-alpha is based on edgy RC, and due to server usage yesterday (26th of october), i didn't update.
I'll do on the next release .

Installation works perfectly in 2 of my computers, and someone says me all's fine for him too ...

exactly Ubiquity has a problem.
It can't create ext3 (maybe also with ext2) partition.
I try with gparted without live-cd.

For this problem I find a solution : you create your partition before install with partition magic or acronis os selector software

after many tests, the bugs only appears "randomly", and it appears too with Edgy CD.
So, i do *NOT* close this bug but i won't correct it myself :)
