Natty OEM liveCD install - no install icon on desktop

Bug Description

ISO test, image: Ubuntu Desktop amd64 [20101202]: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/info/4860

Created USB stick image from ISO, tried the following test case:

Test: http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/Install/DesktopOem

Ubiquity OEM Install

Case ID: uoi-001
   1. Start your machine with the install media in place
   2. Select your language and press Enter
   3. Press F4 and select OEM install (for manutacturers) and press Enter twice
   4. Wait for the desktop to appear
   5. Double click on the Install icon

There was no "Install icon" on the desktop.

Just to note, I was using a non-3D accelerated graphics system, so I got by default the "Classic Desktop" and not a "Unity desktop".

I tried to reproduce this in kvm but couldn't - I see the icon. Could you attach /var/log/casper.log?

casper.log was attached, this shouldn't have expired.

This was fixed a while ago. I'm unable to reproduce this issue and nobody noticed it during testing of Beta 2. Please reopen if it's still an issue.
