Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
Hi
While installing Ubuntu 10.10 on a machine with Windows 7 installed, I was only offered to "Use entire disk" or do "Manual partitioning". Windows 7 was only installed on the first half of the target disks, so there was enough space for Ubuntu along Windows without any complex/risky steps, and the default of "Use entire disk" seems risky anyway.
The target disks are a bit weird: this is a software RAID1 handled by the Intel P55 controller, it appears as /dev/mapper/
I will reinstall in debug mode.
Cheers,
