ubiquity crashed with DBusException in call_blocking()

Binary package hint: ubiquity

booted the installer image from usb, clicked Install in the welcome screen, but then I quit that instance (in the partitioning step). Then I ran it again from the toolbar, chose English, clicked Next, and then it crashed.

It says here I'm supposed to attach syslog and partman log, but I only see 1 Attachment panel, whats up with that?
