Stuck trying to fetch update files from the internet

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

I tried to install 10.10 live (desktop i386), and my Internet connection is not very reliable. The connection went down for a few minutes, and I'm pretty sure it happened while ubiquity was fetching the updated package lists -- the status got stuck at "fetching file 2 of 6". I tried pressing the Skip button, but that did nothing. In the end, I had to restart the installation process.

Are you sure it's the same bug? I was using a daily-live image built on 09/12.
