Had a fat32 windows partition on /dev/hda1, swap on /dev/hda5, / on /dev/hda6. Partitioner had some trouble reading /dev/hda1 for some reason (possibly because I had tried to reinstall grub there using grub-install previously) but went ahead with repartitioning anyway, resizing /dev/hda1, and deleting/remaking the linux partitions.
