Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
There is no obvious way to use the OEM tool in Kubuntu in Maverick.
After doing an OEM install and rebooting Kubuntu, I've had to search for the OEM config tool by searching for the terms "oem" or "Prepare to Ship". in one instance, I had to hunt through the Applications menu in Plasma to find it.
The icon/link to the OEM setup tool should be glaringly obvious, not hidden in menus in KDE.

After further investigation, this appears to be partly a product of the OEM installer installing plasma-netbook instead of plasma-desktop. On installs that get -desktop, the Prepare for Shipping icon is present on the desktop, however, it is not on the -netbook environment.
There appears to be an issue where OEM is installing -netbook regardless of whether a system meets netbook criteria or not.
