Installer crashed.

Bug Description

The installed crashed while attempting to install to hard drive from Live DVD. The following message was produced .:Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "/usr/lib/ubiquity/ubiquity/components/language.py", line 51, in run
    languagelist = open('/usr/share/localechooser/languagelist')
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/share/localechooser/languagelist'
The version 6.10 was installed using an alternative cd but the adept manager
failed to load. I gave up.

Thanks for your report. This is also bug 56721, and is fixed in ubiquity 1.1.9. You can work around this problem by upgrading all packages with "ubiquity" in their names on the running live CD before starting the installer.
