Installer ubuntu 9.10 and kubuntu 10.04 not detect sata disk

Bug Description

Motherboard asus k8n
disk1. samsung 80Gb
disk2. samsung 500Gb
I try install ubuntu 9.10 and kubuntu 10.04 and anyone detect the disk1, the disk2 YES! In live mode on the terminal (konsole) i type sudo fdisk -l

Disco /dev/sda: 80.0 GB, 80026361856 bytes
255 cabezas, 63 sectores/pista, 9729 cilindros
Unidades = cilindros de 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Identificador de disco: 0x074d074d

Disposit. Inicio Comienzo Fin Bloques Id Sistema
/dev/sda1 9605 9729 1004062+ 5 Extendida
/dev/sda2 * 1 9604 77144098+ 83 Linux
/dev/sda5 9606 9729 996030 82 Linux swap / Solaris

Las entradas de la tabla de particiones no están en el orden del disco

Disco /dev/sdb: 500.1 GB, 500107862016 bytes
255 cabezas, 63 sectores/pista, 60801 cilindros
Unidades = cilindros de 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Identificador de disco: 0x000e39e9

Disposit. Inicio Comienzo Fin Bloques Id Sistema
/dev/sdb1 1 60801 488384001 5 Extendida
/dev/sdb5 1 60801 488383969+ 7 HPFS/NTFS

I try with F6 menu in the installer selecting one to one the options and anyone result. Too i try add the command all_generic_ide or pci=nomsi in the installer options.
Ubuntu 9.04 detect two disk whithout troubles!!!!!

Installing Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit
Please see attached image:
The disk partitioned with gparted.
Ubuntu 10.10 x64 Installation window will not show any partitions, and edit partition option.
Same thing with Ubuntu 10.10 x32.
