kubuntu installer crashed when preparing manual partioning

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

when I was doing manual partitioning in the kubuntu installer, the installer crashed. I will attach syslog and partman from /var/log.

Here the error message:

I had the problem again and the crash occured exactely when I choose the location of the home partition.
