Bug Description

My pc:
pentium III @ 866 mhz
hd: 850 mb (not gb!)
kubuntu 6.06
i start kubuntu from cd and i started the installation wizard, i choose italian, i compiled the all form and i selected manual partitioning, i selected the hardrive of 850 mb and i start install. All go fine until the process arrive at 47 %. THe cd-rom stop reading and the hardrive read or write at regular interval. 10 seconds later a message appear saiyng that the installation crashes. Thanks for your report. I'm afraid that your disk seems to be too small to complete an Ubuntu desktop installation successfully. Bug 48355 notes that the partitioner should have warned you about this.
