kubuntu ubiquity not work in livecd

Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
If I try to start the kubuntu installer, ubiquity gets first this allert:
"Configuration file "/root/
Please contact your system administrator."
After I can continue but in partitionig step I get this error:
"ubi-partman failed with exit code 141. Further information may be found in /var/log/syslog. Do you want to try running this step again before continuing? If you do not, your installation may fail entirely or may be broken."
And I can't go on.
I choosed manually partitioning.

Thanks for your report. The worst part of this crash is bug 535630, since fixed, so I'll mark this as a duplicate of that bug. The initial dialog is filed as bug 538142.
