live session of 10.04 is almost untraslated when started with a language other than english

Bug Description

When you start 10.04 live session after having selected a language other than english you can realized that "ubuntu" is not translated in the language you previously selected but it is only translated a small portion of the system, among these:
- some entries inside "places" menu
- the f-spot entry in the Applications menu
- the open office entries in the applications menu

I think this is misleading for a typical user that should be warned that he should install additional language to have a system with the language he selected.

Tested with 10.04 20100224 development branch

Same issue with Ubuntu Lucid Beta2. I don't know if it's an intended behaviour (I know that Ubuntu CD not come with full language support)
However if you open Language Support tool you don't see any warning saying that language packs aren't completed (I think this is an issue); moreover Italian is listed in the language for menus and windows inside "Language Support" but if you try to install additional languages you don't see any checked box near italian label (but it should be as it is listed inside installed languages). I think this is another issue.

I tested the issue with Beta2 dvd (that is with all languages packs) and the system is completely translated.
I think the problems is related to CD (but it is not a real issue).

I think the bug should marked as "invalid".
