Bug Description

During partitioning I am getting:

We're sorry; the installer crashed. Please file a bug report at https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+filebug and a developer will attend to the problem as soon as possible. To help the developers understand what went wrong, include the following detail in your bug report, and attach the files /var/log/installer/syslog, /var/log/syslog, and /var/log/partman:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/ubiquity/frontend/gtkui.py", line 696, in on_next_clicked
    gtk.main_quit()
RuntimeError: called outside of a mainloop

Could you please attach the files /var/log/installer/syslog, /var/log/syslog, and /var/log/partman from the failed installation attempt using the "Include Attachment" feature on the bug report page at Launchpad?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your report. I'm going to treat this as a duplicate of bug 54163, which I'll soon have fixed in Edgy. I believe that the workaround is to avoid hitting the back and/or next buttons more than once in quick succession.
