Failed Ubuntu Installer for Windows

Binary package hint: ubiquity

I am attempting to install Ubuntu to run along side of Vista, then once it works well delete Vista.
Using the online Ubuntu Installer for Windows, found here, http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download-wubi
I am able to download the wubi.exe program and begin the installation, however, I repeatedly get the following error message in the install log (help please! -- jmrdith2001 @ yahoo.com):

You cannot remove vista after installing ubuntu in it with wubi, that will also delete ubuntu. That being said, I get the same permission denied error.
