No action restart/shutdown has chosen and can't login after login menu appear

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

I've tried to configure samba server, it didn't work, I removed it , tried some other applications (Xsamba and so on..) still didn't work.. I removed all samba and file sharing application.. Then I tired to restart my computer.. no response.... I prssed CTL+ALT+DEL.. computer rebooted.. log in menu showed up.. I tried to log in.. failed..
