ubiquity crashes on ubuntu koala 9.10 installation

When the installer was launched for an installation on a new hard disk, ubuquity crashes an then the os start from the live CD.
After reboot, on the cd image iso, the installation finishes perfectly, without error.

I'm not able to join the files /var/log/...
