Release notes are blank when select during install of Hardy version 8.04.3. In fact if you select to view just the release notes a browser is opened with the URL http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes?os=ubuntu&ver=8.04.3&lang=en but nothing is displayed (the same thing if you select other languages, for example I also tested italian).
I think the URL is wrong. For english a possible URL is http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes/804.
