Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
I tried to install the 64-bit edition of Ubuntu 9.10 on my desktop 64-bit system.
First I started the system from CD without changing the system configuration, then
I used the Installation-Link on the desktop.
After the partitions have been formatted while the base-system is being installed (at 15%)
a message pops up saying: "ubiquity unerwartet beendet" (I installed in German).
Another message states that install.py also crashed unexpectedly.
